Operations
Back Thru The Future operates a 40,000 square foot recycling facility in Northern New Jersey. The facility is a National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) AAA Certified secure data destruction facility for hard drive destruction. All electronic media destruction is performed on site with a meticulous audit trail and documentation system.

Services

Green Earth Technology Disposal – BTTF is one of only seven NJ electronic recycling firms licensed by the NJ DEP as a Class D processor of electronics. We are audited monthly and have never been cited for a violation. We adhere to a strict no landfill policy and do not export universal waste. We maintain both professional liability insurance and pollution insurance providing additional protection to our clients for our recycling activity.

Safe Harbor Data Destruction – BTTF shreds hard drives and other data storage media in our National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) AAA certified secure destruction facility. Individual device tracking and video capture of the destruction process provides auditable proof of destruction. The shredded material is captured and recycled in a tightly controlled disposal process which is 100% green.

Safe Harbor Express - BTTF provides a scheduled annual agreement for the secure collection, inventory, pick up and destruction of data storage devices. The SHE agreement provides the legal important proof of a routinely followed data destruction policy.

Compliance Library – Environmental and data privacy regulations require that you maintain documentation proving your regulatory compliant technology disposal practices. BTTF’s Compliance Library is a password protected web based archive of all of your technology disposal project records.
